All repairs via this network are provided with a fleet lifetime guarantee with repairs utilising only OEM parts.

The use of contracted repairers and other service providers ensures that DriverCare remains accountable for all activity and that communication and information remains accurate and timely.

DriverCare has established operational and contractual arrangements that streamline our relationship and promotes an improved understanding of our client’s needs.

Each contracted repairer uses Primar’s software, Interactive, under contract to communicate with DriverCare for effective repair management and transparency of operation.
